Our crew of Residential Movers are dedicated to creating a stress-free moving process for you and your family, providing a variety of services to make your move quick and easy.
Feel free to package all of your contents yourself, or leave the chore to our moving crew. With our hourly rate, we provide both packing and unpacking services as well as disassembly or re-assembly of furniture such as beds, tables, and desks. If you require any packing supplies such as boxes, tape or bins to package all of your belongings, we can supply those to you at an additional charge and they must be requested during the booking process.
To protect your home and possessions, we provide moving blankets, tv boxes to safely move tv’s, covers for floors, covers for the floors and covers for the stairs. We are careful and do our best during every move to ensure that there are no damages incurred at your locations. If any damages do occur to the furniture, floors, stairs, or walls that is due to our negligence; they will be fixed and repaired by Numidia Movers. In case there is a risk or danger of damaged items, the customer will sign a waiver form prior to the move. More details can be found in our moving agreement.
We plan the organization of the moving truck packing, to fit all or as much into the truck load to minimize trips between places. The sorting of rooms or areas of a home happens with labels and stickers, so those boxes or furniture can be unloaded to the correct rooms of the home upon arrival. Our moving trucks are stocked with utility dollies, furniture dollies, straps, blankets, queen and king sized mattress covers, and wardrobe boxes for clothes.
Last Minute Moves
As long as we have availability, we can provide last minute moves to you and your family. Sometimes move out/move ins can happen on the same day, or a personal situation causes you to need a last minute move. Our dedicated crews are able to assist you with packing, moving and unpacking to help create an easy and stress-free moving process. Long Distance Moves
Calgary and surrounding community areas are our base line for local moving, and travel time is included in our hourly rate. Any moves outside the city of Calgary perimeter will have an additional charge for the travel time, calculated between Point A and Point B, as well as our hourly rate for moving services. Long Distance Move hourly rates start at the time the moving crew arrives at the pickup location and it ends after the last item has been removed from the truck at the drop off location.
Heavy or Bulky Items
Numidia Movers will move appliances, pianos, safes, hot tubs, pool tables, workout equipment, and other heavy or bulky household items. These types of moves are each unique and most will require extra details about the move and an inspection of item prior to the move beginning. Contact us with the details about your heavy or bulky items, so that we may properly quote and arrange for the moving process.

Elevator Access
If your move location has an elevator access and requires a booking appointment for the use of the elevator, the customer will be responsible for booking the time slot required. This information can be provided during the booking process of the move.
Removal and Disposal of Items
We will provide removal and disposal of unwanted items to the garbage dump, as long as this is mentioned in the booking process before the move begins. Disposing of items will be charged at our normal hourly rate.
